What you do:
I try to find new ways to combine vegetables to make them taste yummy but still be filling and natural. Peppers are my most favorite food and the easiest thing someone can do is stuff them. I think this is a great dinner because it is light and quick and easy!
Good points:

Very low in sodium
Very high in vitamin B6
High in vitamin C
