We all want sexy sculpted legs and a nice perky butt. I have been seeing some improvements after doing this workout. It is fun, quick and you will feel you heart rate go a little bit faster(bit a little I mean a lot).
Without any other stalling here is the workout:
I love doing leg exercises for some reason and this one is fast, I can do it in the morning before my classes without being left with no energy whatsoever. I like eating some porridge and drink a big cup of warm water with lemon after.
