4 minute intense workout (FitWednesday #7)

There is no excuse for not doing this workout. It only takes 4 minutes, it will burn calories after you are done and it is fun. My favorite music to listen to when I'm working out is dubstep and most song are 4-5 minutes long so this is perfect for me. I just put on a track that I like, and by the end of it I actually finish the workout.

I actually do this workout on those days when I am too tired and can't be bothered with doing more. Also it is good for those when you are sore!

If you can, do this workout twice for a challenge.
