Healthy vegetable soup! (RecipeTuesday #3)

So I was taking a look in my fridge and I was wondering what to have for dinner. A very good, low calorie alternative is a vegetable soup. It is wonderfully delicious and also good for digestion at night.

Good points
Very low in saturated fat
No cholesterol
Very low in sodium
High in dietary fiber
Very high in iron
High in manganese
High in potassium
Very high in vitamin A
Very high in vitamin B6
Very high in vitamin C

Bad points
Very high in sugar
