Morning burst(FitWednesday #9)

Ok, so I know morning are the worst for some, but if you don't work out in the morning then you will have a slimmer chance of convincing yourself to put on that working out gear and getting to it. This is why a short, 10 minute burst in the morning is the best way to start your day.




I do this in the morning and it takes me 11 minutes and 30 seconds but I get started slow. I like listening to two songs while I do this so I can know how fast time passes. Some days I would do two or three rounds but if I'm in a rush, I am content with doing just one.
