Working out when hangover

As I said in a previous blog post, 2014 has been the year of the partying and going out. I have found though that when faced with a hangover, it is surprisingly comforting to work out. I tend to sweat it all out and reboot my system for a new day.

This is an easy workout that can be done in 20 min or less. It is not very difficult but it does make you move and get out the toxins that are still in your body from the night before. 

So if you want to bounce back from a night out, after a cold glass of lemon water, do the workout and then eat a healthy breakfast. In a couple of hours you won't feel a thing!
